- blow out existing condensate connections
- all new 60 amp disconnect with fuses and 3/4whip
- all new uv rated pad condenser will be earth quake strapped
- all new tstat pro t701
- all new gas connections with sediment trap and gas flex
- all new emergency drain pan with ss2 float switch
- hook up to existing supply and return plenums
- check all ducting for air leaks if ducts are leaking seal for no extra charge
- all new high voltage and low voltage connections
- braze with nitro to prevent restrictions in the line set
- nitro test system to assure no leaks at 550 psi
- R11 flush line sets to remove all r22
- pull vacuum on closed line set bring microns to -29 -29 250 microns to remove all air and moisture

Outdoor units
220v 1ph Seer 17 Two stage carrier condensing unit which will have the ability to ramp up and ramp down saving on overall energy costs and lifespan of compressor.
Thermostat
A new T- stat which you will be able to control the climate with heating, cooling timing and auto fan.
Copper line
All moisture will be removed from lines by a vacuum under 500 microns
Condensation
The unit will have a 3/4 pvc condensation hooked up to existing line and pump.

Use existing 80 percent furnace. Connect coil to existing condensate lines. Flush refrigerant lines to remove all contaminates from old refrigerant. Braze in lines. Nitrogen test line set. Pull vacuum on line set bring microns to 50.
Open lines at condenser and adjust sub cooling and superheat.
Repair line set in roof, re-insulate, and wrap with UV black tape.

- Removal and disposal of existing unit
- Cleaning return area from all debris and years of dust
- Clearing existing condensation three quarter PVC line with 250PSI
- Flushing existing line set to accommodate new R410A Freon
- Hooking up existing 220v and 24v low voltage thermostat line to new AC pro fan coil
- New condensation line ran from new unit including proper slope and P trap
- New AC pro unit will have easy access filter
- Hooking up to existing copper line set. Wrapping all copper lines with insulation rubatex.
- Outdoor unit will be set on isolation pads to help with noise
- All necessary material to finish the job
- System will be started up in heating and cooling mode and properly charged according to line set length
